Ecco Lounge in Jefferson City

It was an amazing place to be at. The cowboy burger was amazing, with their sauce and fried onion in the middle, and also their breadsticks were soft and had the right amount of salt on it.I would definitely recommend it to someone wanting a nice bar experience or somewhere sort of casual for either lunch or dinner.

Did a take out order. Food was very good. Great atmosphere inside.

We did a huge pick up order. All items were correct except for one set of salad dressing. Oh my goodness! The best burger I have had in a very long time. Burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, lots of mushroom and Swiss. My siblings were all pretty happy with their food, as well. My daughter.did not like her kids burger. We tried it after she refused to eat it. Very bland, absolutely no seasoning, and I couldn't blame her for no wanting to eat it. Overall, will definitely be back the next time we are in Jeff City. We might request some seasoning for the kids burger, though!

Always great food

Very nice environment. Friendly staff and good beers on tap. I was not very thrilled with my food though. Potatoes were overcooked and my chicken was bland, but maybe I was there on a bad night. Presentation was also great.

Nice atmosphere, great food. Looking for a change in scenery to your lunch circuit. Ecco Lounge makes you wonder how many people have ate a burger sitting in your very same seat or shared a beer at the bar with a group of friends. Its just off the beaten path and close enough that you should have no problem finding it. A familiar menu with its own style and room to find unique favorites that will have you coming back.

Quaint good food

A good place for lunch or dinner. I ordered a pork tenderloin and it was HUGE! My kid had a grilled cheese and fries. We were both extremely full. Great service and food.

Food is good, but on this visit the service was slow even though there was only one other table and a guy at the bar in the place.

I had heard great things about this place and decided to give it a try. The atmosphere was great and seemed very unique to Jefferson City. Historic and interesting. We started out with an appetizer of their popular onion rings, which I have to say, were quite underwhelming. Our waitress came back after we placed our order and asked if we wanted any sauce for them, but it was never brought out. They were dry and not very flavorful. For meals I ordered the fish and chips, my husband ordered the Abiy burger. The fish was hot, and very fresh. The chips that accompanied it however had definitely been frozen. My husband had great things to say about the Abiy burger. Overall a 3 star visit, but I would return to give the place another shot due to the unique environment.

An original Jeff City bar that has great food. All the staff are friendly & attentive. I usually order the tenderloin. It is BIG and tasty. Decided to try the Prime Rib sandwich. I have a new favorite! Medium rare with horseradish sauce...yum!! Hubby had the catfish filet. Large filet cooked just right. If you leave hungry it's your fault. And try the onion rings too!

Absolutely delicious! Best burgers in Jeff City! If you like fried mushrooms, you must get them here. They are our family’s favorite!

My friend, my son and I had lunch at Echo yesterday. We were very impressed. I ordered the prime rib sandwich and green beans. The prime rib was excellent and the green beans were tasty and freshly prepared with roasted red pepper. My son ordered the burger with shaved prime rib and cheese as a topping. He really enjoyed it and he is a very picky eater.My friend ordered the grilled chicken wrap. He was very impressed with the large size and the flavor. The service was also excellent. We will certainly make a return visit.

This place is the best great service and nice workers really recommend

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is fabulous. The size of the humongous onion rings is crazy! Definitely share an order of the rings

I always try to pop in when I go through Jeff City. We ordered a lot of apps this time and shared them. Ecco is consistantly good.

Every thing is fresh and cooked from scratch. You can taste the difference. Bar food yes, but like you have never had before!!

Food is always good in this classic pub and eatery. Staff and be a bit slow sometimes, but they are always friendly and it keeps us coming back.

Small place, great food! Several things are homemade, not just frozen off a truck. Service was quick and friendly. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich and it was very good! Definitely go for the waffle fries. If we are ever back in the area, we will return!

If your wait staff suggests just a 1/2 orders of onion rings pay attention. Large portions, and tasty.

Great food, service, and atmosphere

I wanted to give this establishment 5 stars as I've heard it was a good restaurant. I just left this place after eating here just now. I don't drink, so I ordered an iced tea, which was good. Yet the chicken breast sandwich that I had basically had a funky smell to it, that wasn't too good. It tasted really blan. It's why I added mayonnaise to it. The waffle fries were excellent, however. I still won't go back to this place, especially since a customer said a tick crawled on him as he was sitting at the bar, just before I left.

A favorite! Even after my first visit bartender remembered me & offered suggestions. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! A MUST TRY. Always a great experience with Ecco.

Definitely an historical venue. Food was really, really tasty. Fried zucchini was a bit limp, but tasted good. Hamburger tasted like freshly ground steak!! Waitress was fun and did a great job!

I love this place. Great selection of beers, great food and great service. IMO they have the best fried mushrooms in Jeff City. I've never been disappointed with this place.

Wonderful food and atmosphere. Second time in two days I have had lunch. It was a pleasure to meet Sally. She and her staff took great care of us. The Ritz Cramer tenderloin was phenomenal.

Out of date but friendly service and great food

This place has its own personality. Worth a visit. Food was average. Service was great. Recommend the Cowboy burger.

I had the Moose Burger,(cooked medium for me) shaved prime rib, no mushrooms added grilled onions and bacon with provolone cheese. My sides were a side salad and waffle fries. I do not eat out much because I own a Greek/American pita shop, but I was craving a premium burger and had a coupon for Ecco.The burger was absolutely done perfect, delicious, and my servers, Heather and Taylor were both fantastic! If you haven't been there check them out.
